Each winter program has daily time on the slopes with group-based and/or individual lessons for the soldiers. Group lunches and dinners allow participants and their families/caregivers to bond and find strength in one another’s triumphs and tribulations. Après-ski activities include swimming, massages, a trip to the hot springs, shopping, relaxing and more! 2013-2014 winter camps will be announced later in the year. "The C.A.M.O. program allows individuals the chance to overcome adversity and do things they may think was no longer possible. This program is truly amazing and so are the individuals that keep it up and running."
Michael Boucher"I must say it exceeded my expectations for I had never imagined myself skiing. Please continue giving hope and opportunities so other women can be empowered and rehabilitated through sports."
Laura Ortiz"It is programs such as these that allow combat wounded to excel and live again. I attribute my success and my renewed vigor to live a more fulfilling life to Challenge Aspen. I am a new man now and I am grateful to say the least."
